To be responsible for leading the Group Architecture function in developing, maintaining, governing and evolving the entire Group Enterprise Architecture programme across the enterprise, ensuring that the IT strategy is aligned to the Companys business strategy, by providing leadership across all architecture domains and influencing business and technology investments. Establishes target architecture in support of Group strategy; Defines and drives the adoption of Group Architecture principles; Defines solutions architectures for Group and Shared solutions; Ensures Group and Subsidiary alignment to target and domain architectures.

- 10 years of hands-on and operational management experience in a minimum of least two Major IT disciplines (Technology, application development, Data management, Information analysis or operations) as well as experience in software development, design and solutions architecture
