The HR Graduate will learn and be accountable for:
Benefits Administration
Interface between employees and benefits administrators/ brokers, submit applicable forms
Medical aid – new joiners, transfer, changes etc.
Provident Fund– New Joiners, withdrawal forms for normal and retirement, disability administration and funeral
Employment Equity
Skills Development
Workplace Skills Plan submission
Collate all training records
Payroll Input & Onboarding of new hires
New hire input, changes and updates for employees
Termination of employees
Induction
HR Systems & Record Keeping
Leave reports for Finance quarterly report, HR portal updates, systems support.
Ensure all documents are filed for employees• HR Admin – Personnel files, Management of archives, typing of contracts and presentations
Payments for HR
Support HR Director
Experience
Undergraduate degree, post grad qualification would be an advantage
Ideally some exposure to Human Resources
