REQUIREMENTS - Matric, tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
- Experience in sales and customer relations
- Experience in management of staff
- Computer literate
- Costing abilities
- Presentation abilities
- Code 08 drivers licence
- Overtime from time to time may be expected
DUTIES - Meeting with clients to assess their product needs
- Providing clients with accurate quotations based on measurements and design
- Managing all installations on site (quality installations)
- After sales care and customer satisfaction
- Stock control, orders and allocations
- Submit weekly forward planner and weekly activity report
- Attend weekly sales / operation meetings
- Achieve set budgets
- Manage staff and all resources
- Weekly Head Office Returns as required
- Conduct marketing surveys
- Ability to contact appropriate potential clients
- Follow up on contracts noted
- Follow up and survey leads generated through various channels.
- Control direct expenses
- Promote company image
- Company dress code (Appropriate uniform)
- Presentation of proposals
- Follow up on existing clients
- Check client satisfaction
- Attend and co-ordinate Industry Exhibitions
Salary: Basic salary plus company car, dependent on experience
