As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the consistent and efficient operation of the solar plant.
Your responsibilities will encompass various critical areas, including maintenance, HSE management, site supervision, and reporting.
By actively monitoring planned maintenance activities, conducting inspections, and running diagnostics on the SCADA system, you'll help maintain the plant's optimal functionality.
In terms of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management, you will be at the forefront of accident response and protocol adherence.
Your commitment to safety will extend to ensuring that all workers strictly comply with HSE standards, and you'll work closely with the HSE team to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Site supervision is another essential dimension of this role. Daily inspections and team management will be part of your routine, along with setting performance targets and stepping in for the Plant Manager when required.

Reporting is a fundamental aspect, as it aids in decision-making, performance evaluation, and safety compliance. You'll be responsible for capturing maintenance feedback, meticulously recording HSE incidents, and compiling and submitting daily operational reports, thereby contributing to the overall success and safety of the operation.
