Job Description: To assist the head wine buyer in all processes of wine buying administration.
All SAWIS administration pertaining to the cellar.
To ensure cellar is compliant to audit standard.
Setting up of contracts (wine & grapes)
Capturing contracts on SAGE
Assist Wine Buyer with harvest recons
Ensures cellar complies with audit standards
Bulk wine stock tracking
Monthly stock takes of bulk wine
Qualifications: Previous experience will count in applicant’s favor
Matric certificate
Relevant degree in winemaking / stock control / cellar audit standards
Strong computerskills (excel, SAGE ect)
Strong administrative skills
General grape and wine process knowledge
Knowledge of wine making record keeping
Knowledge of SAWIS certification (sawis 6, BG6)
