Cashier / Parts Assistant

In the quest to promote gender equality, We are looking for a  Cashier / Parts Assistant at Ryan K Auto General Dealers and Suppliers to be based at our Ndola Office, Ndola residents are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties include:

• Receive stock deliveries
• Receiving cash from the customers
• Preparing receipts and Invoices for the customers
• Dispatch parts to customers
• Fulfil parts orders for Service Technicians from the workshop
• Answer customer queries and fulfil orders
• Place orders with suppliers
• Take part in random inventory cycle counts
• Maintain a neat and orderly parts storeroom
• Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of parts and supplies
• Assist with any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of Grade 12 School Certificate,
• Qualification in Automotive,
• Marketing,
• Business Administration, Accounting or any other related field will be an advantage.
• Should be able to work with a computer.
