Hunters International is an integrated HR Solutions company. providing recruitment, contingent workforce, payroll and training services. We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to be part of our young and fast paced team to helm the accounts, finance and admin functions. You will be in charge of 4 active accounts and managing the directors.
Responsibility
- Responsible for full spectrum of financial accounting for corporate-owned restaurant and manage the workflow of accounting process to ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and entries.
- Ensure any ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, annual financial & management reports are prepared accurately and timely.
- Analyze financial information, reconcile discrepancies and recommend action plans or alternative accounting options.
- Prepare budget and projection, analyze revenue and expenditure trends, recommend appropriate budget levels and perform expenditure control.
- Manage cash flow forecast and projection to ensure availability of funds as needed.
- Tabulate variance analysis relating to actual versus forecast results for business units and management tracking and decision-making.
- Liaise with auditors (internal and external), co-ordinate for annual audit process and assist in reviewing the audited financial statement.
- Responsible for compliance and statutory matters, liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers and regulatory authorities, provide explanation on movement of accounts, filling statistics, etc.
- Recommend, establish, rollout and monitor implementation of accounting control & procedures, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising Management on needed actions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant professional certification.
- 6 to 8 years of working experience in finance & accounting role
- Audit experience in accountancy firms is an added advantage.
- Familiar with general accounting principles, regulations, compliance requirements and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Expose to SQL accounting system and/or other accounting related software.
- Strong analytical skill with ability to present data in an impactful & convincing manner.
- Good written & verbal communication skills to effectively communicate cross-functionally.
Remuneration
- Basic Salary: RM6,000 - RM8,000
