Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our client's team to conduct a range of human resources duties in support of various functions and departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The position will be based in Masai, Johor, Malaysia
Responsibilities:
- Facilitating group communication on HR policies, procedures, and objectives to ensure alignment across the organization.
- Working with the Operations and Technical Dept. to place advertisements and manage responses for technical and project personnel.
- Reviewing CVs and conducting interviews to identify suitable and qualified candidates.
- Providing support in recruitment processes, including drafting contracts and assisting in the hiring and onboarding process.
- Maintaining a comprehensive training and certification tracking matrix in coordination with the Operations and Technical Dept.
- Collaborating with the Operations and Technical Dept. to arrange suitable employee training and certification.
- Tracking employee leave, vacation time, and sick days accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring legal compliance with employment laws and regulations in various countries and regions where the company operates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in HR coordination, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of legal requirements related to HR and employment practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
