Responsibilities
- Operate assigned equipment effectively and safely.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to support the Honeywell Operating System.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area to ensure efficient operation.
- Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
- Record and report production data accurately.
- Analyze data and production reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- Set up and change over equipment as required for different production processes.
Key Experience & Capabilities :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with high precision and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze information and concepts to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify key details.
- Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity for precise assembly work.
- Creative thinking and idea generation to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Some experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey information and instructions.
- Prior experience in welding / brazing or related technical skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- An enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new processes and technologies.
- A commitment to upholding Honeywell's standards of quality and safety in all tasks.
