Retail Sales Assistant

• Handle refresh or upsell opportunitieswith existing clients & close salesorders.
• Attend to customer's requests andfollow up on quotation matters and pricinginquiries.
• Act as a liaison between theback office and the sales team, supporting internal processes suchas sales orders and billings.
• Collaborate withthe sales team to ensure smooth process andcommunications.
• Monitor customer satisfactionregularly and resolve any outstandingissues.
• Always keeping up with productknowledge and related skillsets.
• Complete anyother ad-hoc tasks required.
