Store Supervisor

This position has a direct report into the Store Manager and will suit an individual who is a strategic thinker and has a passion for retail.

This individual will be expected to multitask, innate friendliness, and motivate employees to exceed targets. It is expected that this person has a proven track record of success, target driven and has sufficient experience in managing teams of people.

Key deliverables :

• Managing employees.
• Capturing daily banking.
• Merchandising and receiving of stock.
• Handling customer requests and complaints promptly.
• Achieving and exceeding store targets.

Qualifications and Core Competencies :

• Matric certificate.
• At least 1 years’ contactable experience in a retail supervisory position.
• Proven track record of managing teams
• Strong team leadership, planning, communication and organisational skills.
