What you'll do at Deel:

• Work with the copywriters and stakeholder partners on ideating, and producing high quality creative campaigns and executions.
• Create branded assets for paid and social media. A knowledge of best practices per various media is a must.
• Analyze the data and results to continuously improve the creative executions
• Help streamline the creative work by creating guidelines, templates, and processes.

Some key qualification:

• A degree in graphic design or similar
• 3+ years of experience working in paid ads and social media (ideally within B2B)
• A great design portfolio that shows a knowledge of graphic design principles, and familiarity with the media drivers' and social media
• An enthusiastic self-starter who not only listens to the directions but who also proposes proactive ideas
• Good knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Good communication skills and fluency in English

Bonus points:

• Motion design, animation, video editing skills
