Position : HR ManagerWe are looking for profiles and CVs of HR Managers that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.
Duties:
- Develop and administrate human resources plans and procedures ;
- Manage all the HR operations ;
- Coach employees through the organization ;
- Conduct annual salary surveys ;
- Perform annual interviews ;
- Ensure the entire recruitment process ;
- Support global mobility initiatives across the different locations.
Required profile for job ad : HR Manager - Master degree in HR management or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Human resources ;
- 3 years’ experience minimum in a similar position ;
- Highly motivated and self-driven ;
- Excellent communication and listening skills ;
- Organized and rigorous.
