Position : Production Team LeaderWe are looking for profiles and CVs of Production Team Leaders that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the quality standards ;
- Optimize production performance and processes ;
- Organize and lead work teams ;
- Promote teamwork within team ;
- Lead investigations for any reported incidents in the Production area ;
- Facilitate team problem solving and decision making ;
- Report any issues/circumstances that may cause the production from not meeting the targets ;
- Promote continuous improvement activities ;
- Collaborate with other internal functions.
Required profile for job ad : Production Team Leader - Bachelors’ degree in engineering discipline ;
- 4 years’ experience at supervising level ;
- Good interpersonal skills ;
- Good Problem Solving Skills ;
- Adaptability and flexibility .
