Position : Project CoordinatorWe are looking for profiles and CVs of Project Coordinators that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.
Duties:
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information ;
- Collaborate with the Project Manager ;
- Perform administrative tasks ;
- Create task lists for each team member ;
- Arrange meetings with project members ;
- Monitor project progress ;
- Identify and analyze risks and opportunities ;
- Ensure standards and requirements are met ;
- Communicate regularly with team members.
Required profile for job ad : Project Coordinator - Bachelor's degree in a related field ;
- 3 years of work experience as a Project Coordinator or a similar position ;
- Excellent time management ;
- Ability to work on tight deadlines ;
- Strong communication skills ;
- Organisational skills.
