Position : Assistant DirectorWe are looking for profiles and CVs of Assistant Directors that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise daily operations ;
- Prepare reports and submit them to the director ;
- Represent the company when needed ;
- Assist in strategic business planning ;
- Support the director in its functions ;
- Plan and implement the annual calendar of activities ;
- Evaluate employees performance ;
- Perform administrative tasks ;
- Prepare, organize, and file office documents.
Required profile for job ad : Assistant Director - Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field ;
- Proven experience as Assistant Director ;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills ;
- Good computer skills.
