Sales / Business Manager for Recruitment & Executive Search Activities

We are a recruitment and executive search company searching for a Sales / Business Manager to manage Recruitment & Executive Search activities and to develop our AFRICAWORK recruitment business in the english speaking countries in Africa.

You have experience in sales or business development in recruitment & executive search, and have an entrepreneurship spirit?

You have strong sales skills and an excellent interpersonal skills?

You will be responsible for :

• Identifying prospects and winning new business ;
• Managing accounts, ensuring quality of service and responsiveness ;
• Maintaining contact with existing customers, and maximising opportunities for additional business ;
• Preparing quotes in line with the agreed pricing strategy ;
• Gathering and maintaining up-to-date market intelligence, monitoring competitor activity (services and prices), and communicating as necessary.

• Excellent excellent interpersonal skills ;
• Strong professional experience in recruitment & executive search ;
• Able to engage with tier 1 companies and build strong, commercial relationships across a range of organisations/ contact levels ;
• Good formal education ;
• Experienced in new business sales within a B2B environment ;
• Independent, accustomed to working autonomously ;
• Commercially astute, business aware and financially literate ;
• Strong analytical, commercial negotiation and influencing skills.
