Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Responsible foroverall efficient and effective management and operation of therestaurant
• Assist RestaurantManager on daily restaurantoperations
• Ensure that all menuitems are prepared and delivered in accordance with GYG’s FoodRecipe and trainingguides
• Ensure that GYG speed ofservice standards are consistently met onshift.
• Maintain a clean andorganised restaurant at all times whilst onshift.
• Ensure restaurantcompliance with the GYG Food Safety Policy and procedures duringthe shfit.
• Provide an enjoyablerestaurant experience by maintaining a restaurant that is safe,clean and provides customers with an enjoyable ambience whilstrunning the shift.
• Report on restaurant salesperformance for the shift as required byGYG
• Meet cost of goods sold,cost of labour and operating cost targets for the shift set by themanagement.

• Personable andapproachabledisposition
• Willingness tolearn and develop strong competence in various GYGsystems
• Provide valuableexperience in sales and sales management, inventory management, andmarketing coordination
• Facesales and interactions
• Learnproper techniques to problem solving and conflictmanagement
• Coordinateinformation between operations and headoffice
• Learn how to deliver andmanage superior customerservice
• Teach how toeffectively communicate, influence and interact with all types ofcustomers, vendors andcoworkers
• Provide weeklyrecruiting status reports tomanagement
• Learn a wide varietyof selling related skills including planning and conductingeffective sales calls, identifying and exceeding customer needs andsales opportunities, inventory systems knowledge,management
• Learn all aspects of business,culture, and corevalues
