Front DeskManagement :

• Cover thefront desk during the building’s set business hours and be anon-site point of contact.
• Greet members andguests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Keepthe front desk clean and organized.
• Notifymembers of any food deliveries andcouriers.
• Answer any questions from members andguests related to the the co-workingspace
• Distribute all necessary info to promotethe event including Creation and posting of weekly events posterand individual event posters.
• Write and sendbroadcasts relating to buildingupdates.

BuildingOperations andManagement :

• Receive,process, sort, and organize all mail.
• Keep themailroom organized and clean.
• Return to Sender’for unidentified mail and former member mail after 30 days ofno-pick up.
• Ensure courier parcels have all thecorrect details for scheduledpick-ups.
• Investigate, escalate, and resolve lost’ packages.
• Track, audit, and organizekeys collected and distributed.
• Manage keycardstock and request new inventory asneeded.
• Manage inventory for pantries andre-stock when needed
• Collect keys and key cardsupon move-out.
• Provide administrative supportto management

AboutYou

We’d love to hear from you ifyou meet the qualificationsbelow :

• College graduate with afour-year degree preferred, but notrequired.
• Customer service and / or salesexperience a plus.
• Must have strong verbal andwritten communication skills.
• Outstandinginterpersonal and multitaskingskills.
• Demonstrate integrity, dependability,responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, andcompassion.
• Proficient in basic computerskills.
