Customer Service Executive (Remote)

JobDescription :

• Answercustomers' queries and preparequotations
• Handle and arrange import and exportshipments
• Liaise with overseas agents to checkon the shipping documents, rules and regulations for the respectivecountries
• Issue custompermit
• Close communication with vendors,shippers, customers, carriers and overseasagents
• Perform data entry for freightservices
• Accurately manage paperworkdocumentation for billing and closing of files after shipmentcompletion
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned bymanagement

JobRequirements :

• Atleast 1 year of related experience, preferably in shipping / logistics industry
• Preferably with Cargowisebackground
• Proficiency in MSoffice
• Meticulous, team player and positiveworking attitudes
• Able to work in a fast pacedenvironment
