Main Responsibilities

Liaise withclients repairs and after-sales service

Promotingluxury timepieces to customers

Provide high standard ofcustomer services to ensure the services meet and even exceedcustomers’ expectations

Handle customer enquiries andcomplaints with professional manner

Build long termrelationship with customers

Ensure that the securityprocedures are strictly followed

Yourbackground and competencies / skills

Minimum1 year working experience in the retail industry

Haverelevant experience will be an advantages

Able to workon weekends

Good communication skills

Possess initiative, meticulous and details oriented

Able to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance

Service-minded and sales-driven

Honest andpositive attitude towards work and the customers

Pronounced quality awareness
