We are currently working with an internationally known Real Estate Industrial REIT to help bring in a Senior Manager or AVP of Asset Management with an expertise in AEI. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop asset management and enhancement plans for assigned portfolio to improve yield and rejuvenate portfolio
• Guide Project/Property Managers in executing asset and/or AEI plans to achieve budgets and timelines
• Manage performance of individual assets and identify areas for organic growth to increase portfolio value
• Analyze real estate fundamentals and industrial real estate market dynamics to make recommendations to hold, redevelop, or divest assets
• Manage Board approval process and ensure approval papers meet feasibility metrics and strategic objectives
• Assist in due diligence process for asset acquisitions, development, and divestment
• Lead negotiations on legal and definitive agreements for leases and contracts for AEI/development works for assets in assigned portfolio.

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, business or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of experience in development management and/or asset management experience
