Strategise and developexecution plans for the team to deliver brand, sales and servicegoals and targets
Collaborate with management todevelop budget and evaluate business financial performanceregularly.
Build a CRM programme for the team toestablish rapport and cultivate relationships with customers.
Monitor merchandising presentation and visual display
Develop and ensure follow-through on a service recoveryframework for crisis management
Ensure businesscontinuity management in retail operations
Supervise,train and plan succession for employees in customer service,interior styling, sales, service and visual merchandising.
Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking,implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers toensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.

Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Business Management, or anyrelated field
3 5 years of retail experience
Proven track record of attaining sales target, successin strategic planning and problem solving
Engaging,positive and motivating communication skills
Customer-focused with strong communications and interpersonalskills
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of retail management and procedures
At least 2 years of experience in managing ateam
