Roles &Responsibilities

• Provideknowledgeable, approachable, efficient, energetic, and thoughtfulservice at all times.
• Full knowledge of foodand beverage menu items.
• Simple beveragepreparation.
• Proper use of POSsystem.
• Support team members in the completionof their duties and communicate with the kitchen team whennecessary.
• Engage management for any guestissue or complaint.
• Stocking and preparingservice related items.
• Basic housekeepingduties and upkeep of cleanliness ofrestaurant.
• Adhere to all company servicestandards andprotocols.

Requirements

• Priorserving experience (in a high volumeenvironment).
• Passion for the serviceindustry.
• Excellent communication,interpersonal skills, and a collaborativeattitude.
• Must possess exceptional work ethic,strong attention to detail, and a collaborativeattitude.
• Receptive to constructive criticismand performance feedback.
• Ability todemonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantlychangingenvironment.
