Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Systems Analyst to join our Portfolio Management team, focusing on Data & Analytics within our Enterprise Data Lab. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our data analytics capabilities to help drive strategic decisions and improve business outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical expertise, technical proficiency, and Agile methodology experience to support the organization's data-driven objectives.
Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements, ensuring that data analytics solutions align with business goals.
• Utilize your expertise in Tableau and Snowflake to create and maintain sophisticated data models, dashboards, and reporting tools that facilitate informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with data engineering and science teams to comprehend data sources and structures, contributing to the data preparation and ETL processes.
• Conduct in-depth data analyses to uncover trends and patterns, presenting findings to stakeholders in an accessible and persuasive manner.
•  Actively participate in Agile project management activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews, working with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
• Perform user acceptance testing to verify that solutions adhere to quality standards and fulfill business requirements before production deployment.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to users of data analytics tools, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use data for business decisions.
•  Keep abreast of the latest industry developments in data analytics, visualization, and Agile practices, advocating for continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a Business Systems Analyst, or a similar role, with a strong focus on data analytics in an enterprise setting.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, particularly Tableau and Snowflake, including the creation of dynamic dashboards and complex data queries.
• Solid experience in a scaled Agile framework, with a comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of dissecting complex data sets to extract meaningful insights.
