Your Mission

Your mission is to ensure proper execution of projects and through that have our clients enable and operate feature-rich subscriber retention management software in a frictionless way. Due to this, Cleeng is able to continue to scale fast and maintain to be the leader in the subscriber management space for media.

‍Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and refine the features and functionalities of our products and ensure our clients have frictionless experience using those.
• Translate requirements into productized scopes and briefs, finding the “high impact, low effort” solutions.
• Manage the roadmap and priorities for the development team(s), breaking down projects into smaller packages and ensuring complete briefings on those, so teams can work effectively.
• Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and report project status updates, highlighting any deviations or impediments.
• Together with product marketing, you lead the product lifecycle process, where your focus is on backlog management, requirements development, and feature delivery and maintenance.
• You will be working closely with Engineering, QA, and success teams, to coordinate a successful release, define monitoring and maintenance, and facilitate high product adoption with clients and partners.
• Manage the escalation process effectively, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5 years of proven experience in software development, especially in Backend and Frontend technologies, within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
• Familiarity with frameworks and tools commonly used in Backend and Frontend development.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and delivering successful software projects.
• Experience in translating complex requirements into clear and actionable product scopes and briefs.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and project management principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify high-impact, low-effort solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Proficiency in creating and managing product roadmaps, priorities, and backlogs using Jira.
• A proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for their work.
• Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Client-centric mindset, dedicated to understanding and addressing clients' needs and expectations.
