Remote Account Manager

SkyGlide Airways is currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Remote Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, maximizing revenue opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. As a Remote Account Manager, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide solutions to enhance their experience with SkyGlide Airways. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from any location with a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and interactions.
• Understand client needs and objectives to effectively promote SkyGlide Airways’ products and services.
• Identify revenue opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on client performance and account status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
