ServiceNow Architect (CTA/CMA)

What you’ll be working on

As a Jr. Designer at Community Labs, you will work directly with the Head of Design on design projects for multiple protocols and products. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Figma, have a sharp eye for detail, and be a quick learner. Candidates must be able to work on multiple creative projects simultaneously and deliver agreed upon results. We value trust and a willingness to learn and grow over years of experience. As a Jr. UI Designer you will:

• Design modern user interfaces primarily using Figma
• Create brand guides for new and existing products that include logos, color theory, typography etc.
• Design digital marketing assets; web banners (all sizes and shapes), emails and social media assets etc.
• Understand product user flows and update visuals that meet accessibility standards
• Collaborate effectively with designers, development teams, and product managers
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from team members to refine designs

Requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

•  Knowledge of user interface design principles and best practices
• Expert level skills in Figma
• Ability to collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure cohesive design language and a unified aesthetic across the Community labs family of products
• Portfolio showcasing UI skills, including websites, desktop apps, mobile apps, and marketing material
• Problem solving skills and asking for help when needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Active, organized and diligent with work tasks 
•  Working knowledge of Agile/Lean sprints methodologies

NICE TO HAVE

• Understanding accessibility standards
• Knowledge of motion design/animation; lottie animations, Rive, etc.
• Use of AI image tools to support designs
